TEZU, June 29: Top 10 achievers each of class-X and XII of CBSE exams were felicitated under Acharya Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana by Lohit DC Prince Dhawan at a function here on Friday.
Top 10 students of CBSE Exam and class-IX nine, who qualified for Talent Hunt-2018, were provided a laptop and scholarship each while 10 class-XI students got laptop under Chief Minister’s flagship program. Smart phones were given to 102 girl students of the district under CM’s Samast Shiksha Yojana 2017-18 for qualifying class-XII exam.
Terming students as the hope for future, Dhawan exhorted them to aspire for higher marks in next exams to make the state proud. Advising them to empower their society through their future endeavours, he congratulated them and advised them to study hard and keep the success momentum going.
